Created in 1983, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Bogotá contributes to the resolution of differences by means of alternative dispute resolution, especially arbitration, mediation, and amicable composition and promotes the construction of social coexistence, training, and administration of projects. |

The Center seeks to be a leader of alternative dispute resolution at the national and international level. It has developed juridical, administrative, and technological activities, which promote ADR, and maintains its leadership through research and development of new products. |
