Presentation
The Italian Association for Arbitration was founded in Rome on 16 October 1958 with the support of eminent scholars and representatives of important business circles in Italy, organizations operating in various economic sectors and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Functions
The Italian Association for Arbitration administers arbitrations under its own rules in force as of September 1994, and under the UNCITRAL rules.
Services
The Italian Association for Arbitration:

- Appoints arbitrators;
- appoints mediators;
- administers arbitrations;
- provides hearing rooms.
