Presentation
The Board of Arbitration of the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland is a neutral body established within that Chamber for the settlement of business disputes.
Functions
It provides for the settlement by arbitration of business disputes of an international or domestic character. It appoints arbitrators where duties related to the arbitration are provided for in an arbitration clause or agreement, articles of association or otherwise. It provides information concerning arbitration matters.
