Presentation
The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute is a body incorporated within the Oslo Chamber of Commerce established in 1908 as an independent service organization for the business community.
Functions
The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute of the Oslo Chamber of Commerce is able to offer the following methods of dispute resolution: Arbitration, fast-track arbitration, mediation and mini-trial, and many combinations of these. This applies to national and international disputes within industry, commerce, shipping, offshore/onshore activities, and other fields of business activity.
Services
For parties who so wish, the Institute can act as the appointing authority and provide administrative assistance under the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
