Presentation	The National Chamber of Commerce of the City of Mexico is a private non profit organization. Through its Permanent Arbitration Commission, it manages the settlement of disputes by arbitration and mediation in accordance with its rules in 1997.
Functions	The main function of the Commission is to administer mediation and arbitration procedures in accordance with the principles of speed, economy, specialisation, confidentiality, impartiality and legal security. It provides legal assistance for the interpretation and application of its Rules. It promotes the knowledge and development of arbitration Rules. It offers other alternatives for the settlement of disputes, such as mediation.
