The Arbitration of Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The "Arbitration of Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALCCI)" is a permanent institution established in 1991 by the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an alternative dispute resolution method.

The ALCCI administers arbitrations under the 1976 UNCITRAL arbitration rules supplemented by its own regulations. It appoints arbitrators in accordance with the UNCITRAL Rules and performs various administrative services.

- organizes the recording of hearings and translation;
- organizes correspondence among parties and arbitrators;
- organizes training courses and seminars.
