| Presentation | The Dakar Arbitration and Mediation Centre was established in 1998. The Centre is incorporated within the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Dakar and it has been accredited by a decision of the Minister of Justice. The Centre has for its duty to organise the settlement of disputes through ADR process such as arbitration, mediation and conciliation. |
| Functions | The Centre’s activities are organized at two levels: assistance for the management of arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution modes; information and promotion of ADR through training courses. |
