| Presentation | Created in 1998, the ADR Center SPA is a neutral and impartial body focused on the prevention and the solution of civil and commercial disputes. It has trained several hundreds mediators in Italy and has given over a hundred training courses on negotiation techniques. It is the project leader of an ADR project of the European Commission: “Promotion of international commercial arbitration and other ADR techniques in MEDA countries”, with the objective of enhancing trade across the two shores of the Mediterranean by strengthening dispute resolution mechanisms. |
