Presentation
The GICAM (Groupement Inter-Patronal du Cameroun – the Employers Association) Arbitration Centre was established in 2005 to meet the need for quality dispute resolution as called for by the business sector.
Functions
The GICAM Arbitration Centre administers arbitration procedures according to its Arbitration Rules. The GICAM Arbitration Centre ensures that the parties know, at the beginning of the procedure, the costs of the arbitration.
