| Presentation | Founded in 1966,the Korean Commercial arbitration Board is the only officially recognized arbitration and mediation body in the Republic of Korea. |
| Functions | The Board is dedicated to the prevention of commercial disputes through consultation and to the settlement of commercial disputes under its Rules, through arbitration, conciliation or mediation.
The Board maintains a panel of arbitrators comprising Korean and foreign arbitrators. |
| Services | - has offices in Seoul and Pusan staffed with experienced counsellors; - offers a free consultation service for formulating contracts and providing information about preventing and solving disputes. Generally, an in-visit is recommended, but telephone or fax consultations are possible. |
