Presentation	Established in 2003, the Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Centre is one of the organs within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Benin.
Functions	The Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Centre aims to promote the amicable settlement of commercial disputes by conciliation or mediation procedures; to give an arbitration solution to commercial disputes which can’t be resolved through conciliation and mediation; to insure the good administration of dispute settlement procedures.
