Presentation
The Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established in 2003. It offers to business companies a “Rules of Arbitration the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry”.
Functions
In addition to administering the arbitrations, the Centre organizes arbitrators and mediators’ training courses and insures the promotion of alternative dispute resolution with Algeria’s companies and businesses.
