Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic

The Arbitration Court was created in 1949 and was attached to the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce. It operates under its new name since 1994.

The Court administers international and national arbitrations. More than 7000 cases have been administered by the Court since its creation. In recent years, the share of domestic cases has grown considerably. At the national level, it is the only permanent arbitration institution having jurisdiction to determine property disputes.
