INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CLAUSE OF THE VENICE CHAMBER OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or connected with this contract regarding in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, its conclusion, execution, validity, breach, termination and determination of damages, shall be finally settled under the Rules of the Venice Chamber of National and International Arbitration by one or more Arbitrators appointed in accordance with said Rules.

Any dispute arising out of or connected with this contract shall be submitted to the mediation service of the Venice Chamber of Arbitration at the Venice Chamber of Commerce and shall be finally settled in accordance with its Mediation Regulation.

 

 

 

ARBITRATION CLAUSE OF THE VENICE CHAMBER OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or connected with this contract and following agreements shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Venice Chamber of Arbitration in accordance with the Rules prevailing at the time when the request for arbitration is filed.

Any dispute arising out of or connected with this contract shall be submitted to the mediation service of the Venice Chamber of Arbitration at the Venice Chamber of Commerce and shall be finally settled in accordance with its Mediation Regulation.

If a mediation cannot be attempted or if the parties fail to reach a settlement, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Venice Chamber of Arbitration in accordance with its Rules.

 

 

 

ARBITRATION CLAUSE OF THE VENICE CHAMBER OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION WITH PREVIOUS MEDIATION ATTEMPT (CORPORATE DISPUTES)

For any dispute arising out of or connected with the rights deriving from corporate relations, including any dispute connected with the validity of resolutions or which may arise between or against directors, auditors and receivers, the parties hereby agree to attempt a mediation under the Venice Chamber of Arbitration at the Venice Chamber of Commerce, in accordance with its Mediation Regulation.

The mediation failing to settle the dispute, it shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Venice Chamber of Arbitration in accordance with its Rules. The Chamber of Arbitration shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator/an Arbitral Tribunal.

 

 

 

ARBITRATION CLAUSE OF THE VENICE CHAMBER OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION (CORPORATE DISPUTES)

Any dispute arising out of or connected with the rights deriving from corporate relations, including any dispute connected with the validity of resolutions or which may arise between or against directors, auditors and receivers shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Venice Chamber of Arbitration in accordance with its Rules. The Chamber of Arbitration shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator/an Arbitral Tribunal.

 

 

 

ARBITRATION CLAUSE OF THE VENICE CHAMBER OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION WITH PREVIOUS MEDIATION ATTEMPT (CONDOMINIAL DISPUTES)

Any dispute arising out of or connected with this Condominial Rules and following agreements, including  any dispute between the joint owners and the house manager as well as between the house manager and the joint owners shall be first submitted to extrajudicial mediation under the mediation service of the Venice Chamber of Arbitration at the Venice Chamber of Commerce, and shall be finally settled in accordance with its Mediation Regulation.

If the dispute cannot be settled by mediation, or if the parties fail to reach a settlement, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Venice Chamber of Arbitration at the Venice Chamber of Commerce in accordance with its Rules. The parties hereby agree that the Venice Chamber of Arbitration shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator/an Arbitral Tribunal, made of 3 arbitrators.

 

 

 

ARBITRATION CLAUSE OF THE VENICE CHAMBER OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION WITH PLURALITY OF PARTIES (CONOMINIAL DISPUTES)

Any dispute arising out of or connected with this Rules and following agreements, including any dispute between the joint owners, between the joint owners and the house manager or between the house manager and the joint ownership or the joint owners, also separately considered, shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Venice Chamber of Arbitration. The Chamber of Arbitration shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator/an Arbitral Tribunal, made of 3 arbitrators, regardless of the number of the parties.
