“Any controversy or dispute which arises out of or is related to this

contract, and interpretation, application, performance an termination

thereof, must be decided by Arbitration, following an attempt at

Conciliation, administered by Panama Conciliation and Arbitration Centre

in accordance with its procedural rules”.
